Great Gray is looking to add a Sales Associate to our Sales team. We are launching a Sales Academy designed for early-career sellers ready to fast-track their career growth. Academy members will start in a cohort with a 4-week intensive training program before moving into rotational selling sprints across 3 distinct sales teams spanning fintech and retirement investment solutions. This includes roles across the SaaS and CIT businesses. Over the course of 4 to 6 months, you’ll develop full-cycle selling skills with a focus on business development and high-velocity selling, before being placed with one of our 3 teams upon successful completion of the program. This is not a BDR role -- You won't be discovering opportunities only to hand them off to someone else: you will own the sale through close and be compensated for revenue generated. This is a true selling position that compresses what would otherwise be 2+ years of career-building into a single accelerated program.
