About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals and store leadership to deliver high-quality service and contribute to a positive team environment. They also help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and foster an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
• Communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy when processing transactions.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to learn and grow.
