About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to be the ultimate Pandora fan. This role is responsible for delivering a first-class experience, exceeding sales targets, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. The associate will share product knowledge and inspire customers to design their jewelry, giving voice to people's loves. Please note that this job will require completing an assessment that will be emailed to you upon application submission.

Requirements

Demonstrate to be a results-oriented salesperson with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Developed a sense of care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
Ability to arrive at work on time.
