The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment. A natural curiosity for people and an inherent need to provide excellent service are essential. This role offers a career path within the Maison, with comprehensive training on history, know-how, and creations provided upon arrival. Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing.
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors degree or jewelry certification.
- 7 years of experience in a luxury environment.
- Ability to travel.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
- Develop a network of loyal clients.
- Attend social functions within the community to generate new business.
- Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events.
- Reach out through curated clienteling tools.
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
- Assist in display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.
