About The Position

The Sales Associate will be responsible for keeping the store tidy, including cleaning and ensuring products are in place for shoppers. They will ring customer sales on a POS terminal, assist customers in locating merchandise, and stock the retail sales floor with product. The role also involves answering the phone and working as part of a team to maintain a clean, fresh, and well-stocked store with a focus on high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store tidy to include cleaning as assigned and making sure product is in place for shoppers (recovery)
• Ring customer sales on a POS terminal
• Help customers to locate merchandise
• Stock the retails sales floor with product
• Answer the phone
• Work as a team to have a clean, fresh, full store with focus on high quality customer service
