The Part-Time Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan, responsible for delivering a first-class experience, exceeding sales targets, and finding innovative ways to engage customers. This role requires a passion for the brand, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Applicants must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Successful candidates will be required to complete an assessment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Developed caring communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
Ability to arrive at work on time.
