About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our dedicated team. This hybrid role combines sales development, client onboarding, and sales operations. You'll be instrumental in qualifying and nurturing leads, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact through onboarding. This position offers significant autonomy and visibility in a mission-driven organization.

Requirements

  • Skills in MS Office, email, internet and general computer proficiency
  • Comfort with outbound lead development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of database management/CRM is helpful, but not required
  • Sales experience is beneficial, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Interview and vet inbound leads to qualify fit and interest
  • Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Proactively research and develop outbound lead opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot
  • Manage contract paperwork filing and documentation processes
  • Execute tasks and projects delegated by the Sales Account Manager
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Experience teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and client experience
