Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Must hold a valid provincial certification (or be willing to obtain it before starting).
- Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
- Ability to climb, use, and work on stairs, operate machinery when needed.
- Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
- Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
- Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Champion excellent customer service
- Ensure shelf and merchandise are up to standards
- Adhering to company’s policies and procedures.
