About The Position

Sierra at TJX Companies is looking for a Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store. The position involves supporting a positive store culture, accurately processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising standards, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and participating in store recovery and maintenance. The role also includes providing and receiving feedback, adhering to labor laws and policies, and supporting shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.

Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.
