About The Position
The Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO drives sales while creating a great in-store experience. The role supports customers and store operations, contributes to the team’s sales targets, and helps maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment. The position reports to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or the service industry.
- Deep interest in fashion.
- Customer-first approach and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).
Responsibilities
- Meet individual sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
- Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising and displays.
- Follow company policies and procedures, particularly for payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
- Support daily operations, including restocking and back-store tasks.
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
