About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, engaging experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, recommend eyewear suited to individual lifestyles and preferences, and work toward sales targets. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to deliver service and support a positive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and foster an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
• Self-motivation and adaptability in fast-paced environments, with resilience and a desire to learn and grow.

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
