About The Position

J.Jill is seeking a passionate, customer-obsessed, and results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to create a welcoming, positive shopping experience. The associate builds customer relationships, provides personalized service and styling advice, and helps customers find products while supporting sales goals. The role also includes maintaining merchandise presentation and completing store operations, working collaboratively with the team, and addressing customer needs with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with customers through personalized service and styling advice.
• Help customers find suitable products and provide a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience while contributing to sales goals.
• Develop knowledge of J.Jill merchandise to offer guidance and recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute floor sets.
• Participate in store operations, including marketing, product processing and replenishment, markdowns and promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization.
• Work with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Proactively address customer needs and concerns in a friendly, solution-oriented way.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store success.
