About The Position
Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves meeting sales goals, building customer relationships, offering tailored eyewear advice, and contributing to a welcoming, organized store environment. Associates learn through hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to deliver high-quality service and support an inclusive workplace. Retail or customer service experience is a plus, while enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences is emphasized. The position requires communication skills, comfort using technology and processing transactions accurately, an interest in eyewear and fashion, and the ability to remain motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time. The listed pay range is $16.90–$21.58, and eligible compensation may also include a bonus and/or commission plan.
