About The Position

Iowa 80 Truckstop is seeking enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join their team as Customer Service Associates. This is a full-time position with a shift needed from 3pm to 11pm, requiring complete open availability to cover vacations. The role involves all sales activities, maintaining outstanding customer service, and reflecting the store's commitment to its customers and mission to be “A Place Where People Want to Stop.” The position is on-site and not remote. Requirements

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
• Positive telephone etiquette
• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders
• Standing for at least eight-hour shifts
• Required to work weekends and holidays
• Must have complete open availability

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all sales activities
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service

• Help to improve store sales
• Cross training in other store departments when needed
