About The Position

Peacock Alley is seeking a warm, polished, and product-passionate Retail Outlet Sales Associate to join their Dallas outlet store. Peacock Alley is a luxury linen and bedding brand celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and the finest materials in the world. This role is more than just sales; the associate will act as a trusted style advisor, brand ambassador, and hospitality expert, guiding customers through an elevated shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of professionalism and personal presentation suitable for a luxury environment, with previous demonstrated, successful, on-site retail experience in luxury, home décor, or a lifestyle brand environment. Requirements

A minimum of 5+ years of on-site retail or customer service experience in a high-end customer market.
A genuine passion for beautiful products and a natural ability to connect with customers.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer tools.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Advanced education coursework in design, fashion, or hospitality.
Actively working towards a degree in design, fashion, or hospitality.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Offer personalized styling recommendations to help customers build cohesive bedroom and bath collections.
Cultivate lasting relationships with repeat clientele through attentive follow-up.
Achieve individual and store sales goals through consultative, customer-first selling.
Handle returns, exchanges, and inquiries with grace and professionalism.
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system (Shopify).
Become an expert on Peacock Alley's product lines, materials, and seasonal collections.
Share the brand's heritage and craftsmanship story in a natural, compelling way.
Support visual merchandising and display standards to keep the showroom flawless.
Maintain a beautifully presented, organized store environment at all times.
Receive, tag, and stock merchandise; assist with inventory counts.
Process special orders and communicate timelines to customers.
Support opening and closing procedures and adhere to all loss prevention policies.
