About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express and Bonobos. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience and supports store operations through tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role is at the Outlets @ Little Rock store.

Associates maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stock room; follow company safety policies and procedures; and assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures. They deliver the customer experience model, process transactions quickly and accurately, address customer service issues or escalate them to Store Management, and promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining their benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Positively resolve customer service issues and determine a resolution or escalate them; communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with additional store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
