About The Position
Do you have a passion for great food and friendly customer service? OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Sales Associate with Food Services to join our team at one of our retail locations featuring Doña Tota, a beloved brand known for its authentic Mexican flavors and freshly prepared gorditas. As a Sales Associate, you’ll help prepare and serve freshly made Doña Tota products while creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll play a key role in blending OXXO USA’s convenience excellence with Doña Tota’s rich culinary tradition—bringing authentic, flavorful meals to our customers every day.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- One (1) or more years of experience in food service, restaurant, or retail with food handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food handler certification (must obtain within required time after hire).
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and assemble Doña Tota menu items, including gorditas and other fresh food offerings, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food items are made fresh, properly handled, and consistently presented throughout the day.
- Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, taking orders, answering product questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in all food prep and service areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
- Assist with restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and rotating products to maintain freshness.
- Handle register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Promote the Doña Tota brand by sharing enthusiasm for authentic Mexican food and providing a great experience for every guest.
