About The Position
This is a seasonal role with Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms. The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience at Hickory Farms locations. This role requires proactive engagement with customers, in-depth product knowledge, and a commitment to achieving personal and team sales goals. Sales Associates will work independently while maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high standard of service. Hickory Farms has been connecting people with savory flavors to share and send since 1951, offering specialty cured meats and cheeses. They are a privately held company with nearly 75 years of delivering quality food gifts and charcuterie essentials, operating in a high-energy, results-driven culture.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older

Responsibilities
- Greet and approach every customer, offering personalized assistance and recommendations
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers and showcasing products
- Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives
- Maintain extensive product knowledge to answer customer questions and drive purchases
- Restock and organize merchandise as directed to ensure an attractive and well-maintained store environment
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience
- Provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Adhere to all company cash handling policies and loss prevention procedures
- Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system
- Demonstrate a high level of safety awareness and adhere to all safety protocols
- Report all injuries, safety hazards, and incidents to the Seasonal Store Manager immediately
- Maintain energy and enthusiasm while on duty, contributing to a positive work environment
- Follow dress code standards and wear the provided apron at all times
- Complete all assigned training courses and materials
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager
