About The Position

BODY20 is growing and seeking a polished, energetic, and reliable team member to support front desk operations and provide coaching assistance. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, fitness, and creating an exceptional member experience. The Front Desk & Coach Associate is crucial in delivering BODY20’s premium EMS fitness experience, blending hospitality, sales support, light training assistance, and studio upkeep. This role involves close collaboration with Coaches, Sales staff, and Management to ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Check in clients, manage bookings, and respond to calls, texts, and emails.
• Assist with new-member onboarding, waivers, and intake forms.
• Support the sales team with lead follow-up and membership questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby/front desk area.
• Assist Coaches with EMS session setup, suit preparation, and transitions.
• Guide members through session preparation and basic instructions.
• Ensure safety protocols and BODY20 training standards are followed.
• Reset suites and maintain EMS equipment and cleanliness.
• Complete cleaning checklists and maintain studio presentation.
• Assist with laundry, suit organization, and equipment preparation.
• Support promotions, in-studio events, and member engagement initiatives.
