Requirements

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Reliable and dependable attendance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Must be available to work evenings during the week and both Saturdays and Sundays.
Holiday availability is required.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely perform Range Safety Officer duties after training.

Nice To Haves

Firearm knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
Assist customers in finding products and making informed purchasing decisions.
Process retail sales and update customer profiles.
Inform customers about promotions, memberships, and special events.
Serve as a Range Safety Officer to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Rent range lanes and assist customers with targets, ammunition, firearm rentals, and range accessories.
Work with your teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
