Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate - Ross Park Mall
About The Position
Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to create welcoming and memorable Santa photo experiences for families. The role involves greeting guests, engaging with children, taking photographs, and providing holiday souvenirs while helping the photo set operate smoothly. Photography experience is not required. Associates use point-of-sale systems and photography equipment, maintain a safe and clean work area, and assist with other tasks as assigned. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
- Professional attire and good hygiene.
- Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
- Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
- Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Interact in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
- Operate a POS system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
