About The Position

This role is for a Sales Associate/Photographer at the USS Yorktown, capturing and selling photos to guests. The position involves providing exceptional guest service, guiding families through their photo experience, and helping them take home cherished memories. The company operates at multiple locations including the USS Yorktown, Charleston Harbor Tours, Spiritline Cruises, and the South Carolina Aquarium.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Photography experience not required
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Provide excellent guest service and a positive experience for all
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned
