In this role, you’ll engage prospective and current clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead follow-up to guide them through the sales process from introduction to close. Requirements

  • 2+ years prior sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging clients via phone and email.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, referrals, and targeted prospecting efforts.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads with urgency and persistence.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines and confidently close sales to meet or exceed established quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, decision-makers, and qualifying information in our CRM/lead management system.
  • Stay current on product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies to effectively position solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to solve problems, improve sales processes, and enhance the client experience.
  • Support the Client Success Manager as needed, including assisting with client inquiries and issue resolution.
