About The Position

Support outbound warehouse execution by pulling, staging, verifying, and prepping items for routes, deliveries, vault releases, and warehouse pickups. This role ensures outbound launches are clean, accurate, and on time—without surprises for customers or crews.

No guessing — stop and ask when unsure
Safety, attendance, and punctuality are non-negotiable
End-of-day reset required before clock-out
Repeat accuracy misses result in corrective action
Move fast without sacrificing accuracy
Follow staging, scanning, and lane rules every time
Keep work areas clean and organized
Step in to support inbound when trucks arrive
Speak up when something doesn’t look right

Responsibilities

Pull inventory from correct warehouse zones using outbound plans
Stage items by route, account, and job (no mixed lanes)
Verify all items are properly labeled and scanned before leaving the warehouse
Prep items for load (padding, wrapping, order sequencing as directed)
Support white glove and 3PL delivery-ready staging
Assist with storage vault pulls and correct staging
Route damaged or incorrect items to quarantine and notify leadership immediately
Keep outbound supplies stocked and staging areas organized
Support inbound unloading when trucks arrive (all-hands standard)
Complete daily end-of-shift outbound zone resets
