Responsibilities

• Connect with engaged prospects through warm outbound outreach (no cold calling)
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend the best products or services
• Close sales consistently and exceed KPIs
• Manage your sales pipeline and client interactions using CRM software
• Collaborate with a driven team of sales professionals, while maintaining individual excellence
• Own the customer experience from initial contact through follow-up support
