About The Position

As a Sales Associate/Key Holder, you'll be at the heart of the Russell's Western Wear experience, helping our customers find everything they need to live the Western lifestyle, from durable work boots to stylish hats and everything in between. You'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and fun shopping environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the perfect gear.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through our extensive selection of boots, apparel, hats, accessories, and more, offering personalized recommendations and product knowledge that only a true enthusiast can provide.
• Go above and beyond to ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience, from warm greetings to efficient checkouts.
• Help keep our store looking its best – merchandising products, maintaining displays, and contributing to a clean and organized sales floor.
• Collaborate with your fellow team members to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and confidently recommend products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
