About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals. This position involves providing excellent customer service, helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget, and dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses while providing lens training (as permitted by state law). The associate will also educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care, maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, and answer incoming phone calls. Additionally, responsibilities include keeping the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards, supporting inventory control, and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
