National Vision operates over 50 Vista Opticals located on military exchanges throughout the United States, exclusively serving military personnel and their families with the convenience of on-base shopping and value pricing. As a Sales Associate, you will join a dynamic sales team, bringing your passion for people and community to life through excellent customer service and expert guidance in eyewear selection. This role is focused on meeting company objectives and fostering an inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the selection and fitting of eyewear and contact lenses, ensuring adherence to state laws.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Establish strong customer relationships through excellent service, keeping customers informed about the status of their orders, including any updates or delays.
• Uphold meticulous inventory management and patient record accuracy.
• Ensure the store's visual presentation and cleanliness of equipment and workstations aligns with brand and company standards.
