Hammer & Nails West LA is seeking a Sales Associate / Member Concierge to be the first and last impression for every guest, ensuring each experience matters. This role is highly sales-oriented with compensation based on an hourly and commission structure. The position offers a growth path to become the acting General Manager of the location. Hammer & Nails provides an exclusive lounge experience for men, combining old-school grooming services with a relaxing atmosphere. They offer affordable luxury, focusing on quality and details, with artists educating guests on grooming routines and products. Sales and marketing professionals manage guest schedules to ensure artists can focus on their craft. The company is looking for passionate individuals obsessed with their craft, professional growth, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Salon and/or Gym front desk experience.
• Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS.
• Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS!
• Scheduling appointments.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
• Utilize computers with skill and proficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
• Manage inventory accurately.
• Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
