About The Position

Hammer & Nails West Hollywood is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Member Concierge to be the first and last impression for every guest, ensuring each experience matters. This role is highly sales-oriented and offers an hourly and commission-based compensation structure. The ideal candidate will be available on weekends. Hammer and Nails provides a unique grooming experience for men, combining the technical services of a traditional barbershop and nail salon with the ambiance of an exclusive lounge. We offer affordable luxury in a relaxed setting, emphasizing quality and attention to detail. Our artists educate guests on grooming, while sales and marketing professionals manage appointments to ensure a steady flow of clients. Requirements

• Salon and/or Gym front desk experience.
• Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS.
• Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS!
• Scheduling appointments.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
• Utilize computers with skill and proficiency.
• Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
• Manage inventory accurately.
• Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures.
• Must be available on weekends.
