About The Position

We are Woody Buick GMC in Naperville, Chicago land’s largest and fastest growing General Motors dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. We are seeking a Sales Associate Level 1 that is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team while learning about the product and sales process. Requirements

  • Must possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Strong desire to set and achieve goals
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Average to advanced computer skills
  • Valid in-state driver’s license
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service.

  • Provide assistance with vehicle demonstration, delivery and follow-up after the purchase.
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures.

  • Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics.
  • Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve.
  • Drive business through solicitation while training to advance in automotive sales.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.
