About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Associate/Keyholder to join our team at COBS Bread. The COBS Bread brand is committed to product quality, people development, and customer delight. This role offers flexibility and requires individuals with experience in team management, customer service, OH&S, First Aid, and basic financial management skills. Ideally, candidates will have a basic knowledge of bread production. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends is essential. This position is available for either part-time or full-time employment.

Requirements

Previous experience in managing and leading a team.
Knowledge and experience in customer service.
Knowledge of OH&S and First Aid.
Basic financial management skills including cash management and banking.
Must be available to work early mornings, evenings both weekdays and weekends (shifts starting as early as 6:30am or ending at 7:30pm).
Continuous standing/ walking for all tasks.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg., reaching below shoulder level, bending and turning.
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending and reaching above shoulder level.
Constant use of both hands, and frequent forceful gripping.
Constant computer/POS system usage.

Nice To Haves

Ideally have a basic Knowledge of bread production.
