About The Position
Boot Factory Outlet is hosting a hiring event on Thursday 6/18 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm for full-time bilingual Sales Associates & Key Holders. This role involves being a "Boot Expert" to educate, inform, inspire, and service customers. Sales Associates are responsible for engaging with customers, partnering with teammates on tasks and merchandising, performing accurate register transactions, and maintaining store appearance and security. Key Holders play a vital role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences, developing leadership skills, and gaining retail management experience.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong social and communication skills.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- A High school diploma or GED.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift.
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.

Responsibilities
- Educate, inform, inspire and service the customer as a "Boot Expert".
- Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities.
- Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
- Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
- Secure all company assets under one’s control.
- Deliver exceptional shopping experiences to customers as a Key Holder.
- Contribute to a vibrant retail environment.
