As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to valued customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
