About The Position
As a member of Zales' Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers and helps them celebrate life's special moments. The role involves learning customers' needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.

- Base pay of $16.00–$20.50 plus commission on sales; final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.
