About The Position
Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by helping them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and achieving individual and team sales goals. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers celebrate special moments, brings a positive and customer-focused approach, communicates and builds relationships effectively, and has strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience. Flexible availability is needed during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
