About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior shopping experience. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant helps customers celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. The role involves meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
