About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves building personal relationships with customers, understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. The associate is responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals. The position is offered as seasonal, part-time, or full-time.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
