Zales is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on understanding customers' needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication and relational skills.
