About The Position

Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to join its sales team. The role is responsible for providing customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Consultants engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The posting offers seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
