About The Position
Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. You will engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role suits people who enjoy helping customers mark special moments and who bring a positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication and relationship skills.
Requirements
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
