About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior experience. The role involves understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Associates work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
