About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The position is available on a seasonal, part-time, or full-time basis at the Indiana Mall in Indiana, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
