About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As a member of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to valued customers, helping them celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on building customer relationships, understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
