About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves building customer relationships, understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals. The position is available in seasonal, part-time, and full-time arrangements.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
