About The Position
Zales Outlet is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal, Part-Time, and Full-Time team members. As a Sales Associate/Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience, engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise, providing information on extended service plans and financing, and meeting sales goals. The role emphasizes building personal relationships and helping customers celebrate life's special moments and express love. Requirements
- A desire to help our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives
- Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
- Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- A positive, customer -focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Strong communication and relational skills
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
- Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
- Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
- Meet individual and team sales goals

- Base pay, $18.00 – $25.60 plus commission on sales
