Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to join its Sales Team. The role provides a superior experience to customers by helping them celebrate life and express love through jewelry. Team members learn about customers' needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
