About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love through jewelry. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Successful candidates have a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and an interest in helping customers celebrate special moments. The role requires flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
