About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and meeting sales goals. The role calls for a positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
