About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs and presenting jewelry and related options. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.

Base pay of $16.90–$20.50 plus commission on sales; final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.
